Holiday home suitable for 10 persons . The holiday home is 179 m² and is build in 1992. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Football goal. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 6,5 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Ein tolles Haus für 6 Erwachsene und maximal 2 Kinder, sonst wird es zu eng. Die Ledercouch hat ihre beste Zeit hinter sich und ist ziemlich durchgesessen. Inder Küche ist alles vorhanden, nur ein paar mehr Wassergläser wären toll! Ansonsten waren es 2 unglaublich schöne Wochen! Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
