The property (originally called Flinterupgård) was established in 1790 out of four farms that belonged to the estate under the Stamhuset Lerchenborg. The main building was built or significantly renovated or rebuilt in 2003 - it appears modern but with a manor house style, including a tower facing the courtyard. Until recently, larger areas have been run as organic crop production, and the land belongs to the property.

The main building is characterized by warmth and soul: the owner family often uses the house themselves, which gives it a unique homely atmosphere — not just a rental place, but a place with history and heart. The interior reflects this: classic details, comfortable furniture, spacious living rooms, and not least a home that has been used and appreciated.
