The house is oriented to the south, allowing you to enjoy sunshine all day long. With electric blinds and air conditioning, the indoor spaces remain cool and comfortable. You can also enjoy meals in the shade of the magnificent plane tree on the terrace, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining. Conveniently located just 50 meters from the heart of the village, the property is close to local amenities and attractions. A public car park is available below the house, and the village market is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning just a short walk away. This tranquil haven offers the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility, making it an ideal escape for those looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting.

Sehr schönes Haus, fantastischer Pool. Ausstattung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ziemlich viel Kitsch. Die Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parksituation war schlecht. Sehr ruhig und eine schöne Aussicht. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit.
