Entrance You enter the apartment via two codes located on the first floor (there is an elevator in the building). First Floor You are in a small hallway that leads to the fitted kitchen on the left. A large sliding window opens onto the first terrace, furnished with a large wooden table and chairs for your meals. From here, you have a view of the garden and the pool. Continuing down the hallway, you will find a guest toilet on the left before entering the main room. This spacious room offers another table with bar stools and more large sliding windows that open onto the second terrace with a coffee table. To the right of the main room is a sitting area with a television, leather sofas, and another coffee table. At the far end of the room are two bedrooms (double beds). One faces the village, while the other opens onto the cozy terrace. A final door leads to the beautiful, completely renovated bathroom. Mezzanine Level A staircase leads to a mezzanine level with a work area (small desk, chair). On the same level is the final bedroom (two single beds) with an en-suite bathroom.
