The total living space is 150 sq m, of which approximately 120 sq m is in the main house and approximately 30 sq m in the annex. The house is furnished to German standards and can accommodate up to 7 people. The house sits on approximately 6,500 sq m of land, of which approximately 2,500 sq m is currently in use.
