A stopover in Lorraine Damelevières is 30 minutes from Nancy by motorway and 20 minutes by train (with around thirty daily return services to Nancy from 5.30am to 10pm), and 20 minutes from Lunéville by road (9 minutes by train with around twenty daily return services). The station is a four-minute drive and a 20-minute walk away. The station can be reached in 4 minutes by car, and on foot in 20 minutes. The commune has all the local services and shops: doctors and other health professionals, chemists, banks, post office, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, hairdressers, florists, tobacconists/newsagents, car garages, SNCF station, etc.

The large, sunny terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue is nearby. The landscaped, fully enclosed grounds have two entrances providing secure off-road parking for up to six vehicles (including large ones), and are ideal for children to play in safety.

You will need to bring with you only certain personal items such as toiletries and towels, as well as the basic products you may need for cooking (only the basic products needed for cleaning the house and washing clothes are provided).

The house, located ten minutes from the A33 motorway, is an ideal base for sightseeing: - in Nancy (UNESCO sites, museums, opera, cultural events, cinemas, restaurants, swimming pool, etc.) - in Lunéville (Château des Lumières "Petit Versailles lorrain", museums, cultural events, theatre, cinema, restaurants, swimming pool, etc.) as well as for exploring the surrounding countryside.), as well as discovering many other nearby sites of interest: the Baccarat crystal glassworks, the Pierre Percée lake, the châteaux of Lunéville, Haroué and Fléville-devant-Nancy, the basilica of Saint-Nicolas de Port (Saint-Nicolas is the patron saint of the people of Lorraine), remembrance tourism (First World War battles), or a little further afield : The Vosges and its ski resorts of Gérardmer and La Schlucht, and Alsace are less than an hour and a half away.

The house is classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home by Atout France, France's tourism development agency. Heating, utilities, cleaning on departure and bed linen are included in the rental price. A cot, high chair, changing table/mattress, high chair and childcare accessories are available to our guests.
The bedding, duvets and pillows are anti-allergic, anti-dust mite and anti-bacterial, and the mattresses are of the highest quality and comfort: Bruno, Bultex for the sofa bed, and Blanc des Vosges for the percale bed linen.
Almost all the single beds are large (90 x 200), allowing eight of them to be paired up and instantly transformed into four king-size beds for two people. The house comes with duvets, pillows and bed linen to suit all configurations. The television allows you to enjoy 275 channels, including the "TV by CANAL Panorama" bouquet with several channels dedicated to children. The rental is exempt from tourist tax.
