The holiday apartment is located in the exclusive, gated Laguna Beach complex. It offers 46m² of living space for up to four people, including an 11m² balcony and a pool. Completed at the end of 2000, the complex is situated directly on Grazel beach (outer lagoon), close to several other beaches along the coast. It features private parking spaces, a private pool (open approximately June 15th to September 15th), and an elevator. From the balcony, you have a direct view across the pool to the outer lagoon – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The marina is just a 10-15 minute walk along the adjacent beach promenade. The surrounding area can be explored by car, bicycle, or on foot.
