Unique in La Grande Motte, this holiday apartment boasts a private garden and direct beach access. With a total area of 70 m², this apartment features a spacious living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table for up to 8 people, and a television. Large, south-facing bay windows open onto a garden terrace, complete with sun loungers, a garden table and chairs, and a parasol. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, and ample cookware, crockery, and glassware. There are two bedrooms overlooking a lovely private courtyard adorned with banana trees and climbing jasmine and bougainvillea. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), and the second bedroom has bunk beds. All beds, including the sofa bed, are very comfortable and brand new. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet room with a washing machine at the apartment entrance. The accommodation is located on the east side of La Grande Motte, also known as the Levant side. The area is very quiet, yet less than a 5-minute walk to the village center, shops, and restaurants.
