This renovated maison de maître combines authentic character with generous living spaces, making it a lovely choice for families or groups of friends. Just 50 metres from the Semois River and close to the Belgian border, it offers a tranquil setting surrounded by the greenery of the French Ardennes. The ground floor features a dining room with a large dining table and a kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dishes and cutlery. A pantry provides additional space, while a bedroom with two bunk beds has its own bathroom with a shower and two washbasins. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, three further bedrooms each have a double bed. Two additional bathrooms serve this floor, both with showers and washbasins, with one also featuring a toilet. On the second floor, a living area with a dining table and a separate recreation room with seating provide extra spaces for guests to gather or enjoy some quiet time. Outside, the garden offers room to enjoy the fresh air, with garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxed outdoor meals. Parking is available at the property. The Semois River is just a short walk away, while the surrounding Ardennes countryside invites guests to enjoy walking, cycling and discovering the natural landscape. Its location near the Belgian border also makes it a convenient base for exploring the wider region. After an active day outdoors, return to the manor house to relax and spend time together.
