Set directly opposite the sea and the dramatic Puits d’Enfer, this residence offers an exceptional coastal setting in Château-d’Olonne. Tanchet Beach is just 1.5 km away, while the centre of Les Sables-d’Olonne and its beautiful main beach are around 4 km away. Shops can be found within 200 m and a shopping centre is approximately 2 km away. The scenic La Vélodyssée cycle route passes right outside, making it easy to follow the coastline by bike towards Les Sables-d’Olonne. With approximately 53 m² of space, this sea-view suite comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The living room features a double sofa bed, while the bedroom offers two single beds and an additional single bed. It also includes a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, dishwasher and microwave, flat-screen TV and a private terrace or balcony with garden furniture. This suite is located in the main building with lift access. Elevated sleeping arrangements, where applicable, are not suitable for children under 6 or guests over 14. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, open from April to late September subject to weather, along with table tennis, pétanque, a children's play area and parking.
