The residence is just 1.5 km from Tanchet Beach, around 4 km from Les Sables-d’Olonne and its beautiful sandy beach, 200 m from the nearest shops and 2 km from a shopping centre. Set among small one-storey buildings and a two-storey main building with a lift, it offers easy access to the scenic La Vélodyssée cycle route, which runs directly past the residence and follows the coastline towards Les Sables-d’Olonne. Around 30 m², this comfortable two-room apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. The living room features a double trundle bed and a single sofa bed, while the bedroom has a double bed. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom, flat-screen TV with TNT channels and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. Selected apartment types are located in the main building with lift access. Please note that elevated sleeping arrangements, where applicable, are not suitable for children under 6 or guests over 14.
