You will have exclusive use of the apartment and be free to use all the facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. General:
There were some problems with the apartment, and Belvilla it was pretty quick to respond, but with multiple posts in VRBO messaging and email (each message from you was followed by another lengthy message, asking if we were satisfied with the response) became very challenging and annoying to deal with. There are times when I had 10 repetitive emails in my inbox. But we did appreciate the efforts to correct the problems. Also the need to pick up the keys at a separate location was very inconvenient. Not sure we would stay here again.
