Flat with pool in the heart of vineyards

House:
Discover this cosy apartment that can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends. It is located amid vineyards, 10 km from the sea. From Wednesday to Sunday evening, you can enjoy the tastiest meals on site, as the owners run a local kitchen in a part of the property (without overlooking the garden), obviously with locally produced wines. On Sunday evenings, the evening ends festively with music (until midnight). Not far away from the accommodation you will find the town of Mèze (5 km), with its picturesque port and lively Sunday market. Visiting the basin of Thau, with several good fish restaurants, the terms of Balaruc, the Cap d'Agde (20 km), Sète and Montpellier (35 km) are also among the possibilities. The lush surroundings are perfect for hiking or cycling in a peaceful and green environment. The accommodation is located on the first floor of this beautifully restored building. You have a piece of private garden in the immense park. Moreover, you have access to the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and equipped with stunning views of the countryside. The common room with table football and Wi-Fi offers plenty of recreation.

Tips from owner:
The electricity costs are for the heating only. There is free WIFI in a common room with possibly other guests, not in the entire house.

Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal hier und hatten wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und sorgen mit ihrer familiären Art dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt, um sich zu erholen, und auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen – eine wirklich hundefreundliche Unterkunft. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der tolle Pool und das ausgezeichnete, direkt angegliederte Restaurant, in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Für uns stimmt hier einfach alles. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und können diese Ferienunterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Geen privezwembad aanwezig zoals wel werd geadverteerr, maar een gedeelde zwembad, en bijna elke dag lawaai van de tractor en van vrachtwagens. De weg naar het appartement zit vol gaten en het duurt 10 tot 15 min om van de provinciale weg bij het huisje te komen terwijl het hemelsbreed minder dan 3 km is. Maar de omgeving is prachtig en meze ligt lekker centraal om als uitvalbasis te gebruiken naar andere plaatsen in de omgeving, zoals Sete, Agde en Marseillan, in minder dan 30 min kun je er al zijn.
