This two-level accommodation offers a 30m² ground floor living space with an open kitchen, dining area, and lounge featuring a sofa bed (110x200 cm) and single bed (90x200 cm). A covered 25m² terrace with garden furniture and outdoor dining adjoins the living room. Upstairs, a spacious 40m² master suite includes a double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and WC. The property is unoverlooked, comfortable, and designed for guests who value environmental respect, with eco-friendly cleaning products provided. Fishing in the pond is a paid activity (to be paid on-site). No-kill fishing is mandatory. Please contact the owner of the Gîte for more information and the fishing regulations. A horse may roam freely, and the owner can lend you a canoe for free for more charm. Swimming is prohibited. Nearby villages like Lorquin, Saint-Quirin, and Abreschviller offer renowned restaurants, while cycle paths and hiking trails are easily accessible. Private parking is available on-site.
