This spacious ground-floor holiday home is thoughtfully furnished and features a bright living room with a TV, a dining table, and ample seating for everyone. It accommodates 8 people but has 10 beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and a practical pantry for extra storage space. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or mixed groups, with five bedrooms offering a king-size bed, two single beds, a bunk bed, and two double beds. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets ensure comfort, even when fully occupied. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, while amenities such as a washing machine and on-site parking make longer stays easy and relaxing. There's also a beautiful cycle route along the Loire, passing through charming towns like Ancenis. The Natural Park, about 30 minutes from the holiday home, is highly recommended for children. There's plenty to do and see there, from climbing and ziplining to seeing unique animals. Mauges-sur-Loire - the village is nestled in a green, rural setting on the south bank of the Loire River. The region is known for its natural beauty and rich history.
