The house was built according to bioclimatic principles and is exceptionally well insulated, ensuring a comfortable temperature even on the hottest summer days. Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the south-facing garden through large sliding glass doors. The master bedroom spans 18 square meters and features a queen-size bed and a dressing room with a lovely garden view. The en-suite bathroom includes a large mirror and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. Upstairs, the two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The two single beds can be joined to form a king-size bed if needed. On hot summer days, the trees in the garden provide ample shade, or you can refresh yourself under the outdoor shower.
