Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und bietet viel Platz. Negativ aufgefallen ist der sehr starke Zigarettengeruch im Haus. Und leider hat die Schlüssel Übergabe nicht funktioniert, da niemand zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit am Haus war. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber.
