I would highly endorse this location, I was familiar with the area before, very near to metro 1 and thus easy to reach the heart of Paris, The place is exceptionally clean and well-kept, It's unfortunate that the English instructions are perplexing, Some phrases did not make sense, such as 'enter the trade', which I believe should have been 'enter the shop', I strongly urge someone to review these instructions, Additionally, the key password was not working, however, I must acknowledge that after reaching out to the services, they were quite accommodating and supportive, and we were able to rectify the issues rather swiftly, Overall, it's worth paying a visit to this place, it's clean and well managed, and these minor problems like English instructions should be easy to correct, I was pleased with my stay here,

Pros: Cozy bed Amazing location Exactly as advertised Perfect for 1-2 individuals Wonderful shower Cons: Check-in process, The check-in procedure did not align with the information provided, The information indicated check-in until 23:00, however, we were then instructed to collect keys from a different location no later than 21:45, This resulted in us having to take a €70,00 taxi to arrive on time, Despite our efforts, we reached the destination at 21:15 and found the location to be closed, We proceeded to walk to the nearby apartment but could not locate a key lockbox, Fortunately, we were able to enter with the help of a friendly neighbor who knew the owner and contacted him for the keys, After encountering a similar issue with check-in in another review, I believe the problem lies with the property management company rather than the owner themselves, In general, I would definitely choose to stay here again but would request clear and direct instructions for check-in at the time of booking,

Our stay at Joffrey's Apartment was pleasant, It is conveniently located near public transportation in Paris and met most of our needs, It seems we were the first guests since the renovation, While there were many new items, some essentials were missing, For example, there were only a few pieces of kitchen paper on the hand towel rail instead of a hand towel, and the toilet had limescale that needed cleaning, We also couldn't find sponge/scrubbies for washing dishes, tea towels, or bowls for cereal/dessert, We had to borrow/buy these items from our daughter who lives nearby, Initially, we thought the new Microwave was broken, but it turned out it just wasn't plugged in, We had to untangle the taped wire and plug it in ourselves to use it,br/The placement of the kettle, toaster, and coffee maker on a small drawer unit felt cramped and unsafe, It would be better to have a larger work surface to use these appliances safely and prepare food, br/We picked up the keys from the grocery store next to the provided address after contacting the owner, which caused a delay in entering the property,

De CheckMyGuest was super fijn en schoon, De locatie is ook top, lekker dicht bij de metrolijn, zodat je zo in het centrum van Parijs bent, Jammer genoeg verliep het inchecken niet zo soepel en duurde dit ongeveer 2 uur, onder andere omdat er geen code voor het keynest was en de parkeerplaats niet bereikbaar was, Uiteindelijk heb ik (op kosten van de eigenaar) geparkeerd in een openbare parkeergarage om de hoek en heb ik een paar heerlijke dagen gehad, Afgezien van de problemen met het inchecken, een zeer prettige accommodatie,
