This alluring villa is located in Oupia. Ideal for a family or a small group, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms. This has a private swimming pool and bubble bath for you to enjoy and relax._x000D_ _x000D_ The restaurants are 300 m away from the home, if you want to try out some local delicacies. The essentials can be availed at the local grocery store are 160 m away. Canal du midi river is 4 km from the villa. Narbonne beach is a short drive away._x000D_ _x000D_ You can relish a sizzling platter of barbecue with your favourite people in the furnished garden. Childrens bed and high chair are provided in the villa on request. A parking is also available in the villa. 2 pets are allowed in the villa for an extra cost of 25/pet/stay. There is also a separate children's swimming pool._x000D_ _x000D_ Beziers Airport lies 40 km from the home._x000D_ _x000D_ You can check-in between 4-11 PM and check-out can be done from 8-9 AM.

If you wish the pool to be heated outside the period May - September, the costs for this will be EURO30,00/day. You have to inform us about this at least 20 days in advance. Please note that there are also costs for pre-heating the pool.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
