500 m from the sea, this pretty Breton stone house is situated on a large garden plot in a quiet residential area of Pleumeur-Bodou. The small village is located on the beautiful "Cote de Granit Rose", characterised by pink granite rocks and fine sandy beaches. An ideal location for water sports of all kinds, hiking and cycling. Around the commune of Pleumeur-Bodou, 28 km of designated mountain bike trails, among others, attract visitors. Activities: The planetarium in Pleumeur-Bodou is one of the largest planetariums in Europe. It offers, among other things, interactive games on the subject of astronomy. In the nearby surroundings there are many hiking trails and beautiful excursion destinations such as the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec or the medieval town of Lannion. For water games and fun splashing around in the heated seawater pool (28 degrees), the Forum of Tregastel is ideal.
