The historic natural stone house, a former wine press, has been completely renovated and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The ground floor (with bedroom and bathroom) is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The volume of the three-story building is spectacular. Parquets, tiles, lime plaster and old beams testify to the authenticity of the old houses of the Cotentin. However, modern comforts are not lacking (large flat screen TV, well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms...). You also have a terrace with a grill, a green area with a swing and a parking lot for 5 vehicles.

Portbail is a nearby popular seaside resort that has been awarded the Blue Flag for its good water quality. In addition to numerous activities on land, you can also enjoy various water sports here. Small concerts and cultural events are held in the village in summer, and art exhibitions are held in the village church throughout the year.
