Holiday home - 10 persons - Impasse de Livernière - Saint Maixent De Beugné - 79160 - St Maixent De Beugné

This was our third stay in this lovely property and we all love it dearly. Sometimes there are flies from the neighbouring fields (particularly in early July when the harvest is being brought in) and they can be super annoying, but most days they are fine and we get used to them. In every other way, we love this place: it is in the middle of nowhere and we get to unwind and relax and enjoy being together. This summer we were several adults (60-somethings + late 20s/early 30s-somethings) and 3 children aged 4, 2 and 5 months. (Crucially, for us, the pool has a fence with a locked gate). There is enough space for everyone to do their own thing and also to spend time together. Many happy meals were cooked in the kitchen which is well stocked. The caretaker is so helpful and will be there in a flash if you need anything. In previous years we've spent time in La Rochelle and Île de Ré, but this year we stayed put except for a few visits to local restaurants for lunch. Livernière is a magical place and we can't wait to go back.

Wij hebben een aangename en fijne vakantie doorgebracht in de woning in Saint-Maixent-de-Beugné.Het huis is mooi en comfortabel, met een ruime tuin en een goed onderhouden zwembad. Ook het weer was prachtig, wat uiteraard bijdroeg aan het vakantiegevoel.1 opmerking: opvallend veel vliegen aanwezig.
