This charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area, just a 5-minute drive from the popular resort of Pléneuf-Val-André. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opening onto a ground-level terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to a second terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bedroom with a bathroom. The enclosed garden is perfect for children and pets. Two cars can be safely parked. The house is in Saint-Alban, between the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and the Emerald Coast. It is close to beautiful beaches and the port of Dahouët. The 2.5 km-long Val-André beach is one of the most beautiful on the northern coast. The local golf course also attracts many visitors.
