The well-equipped kitchenette is perfect for preparing simple holiday meals. The sleeping layout is flexible and family-friendly - one bedroom with a single bed, while the charming gallery bedroom hosts a double bed. Together with the sofa bed, the apartment comfortably accommodates five guests. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, along with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a baby crib, ensures convenience throughout your stay. Outside, your private terrace with garden furniture invites slow breakfasts and relaxed evenings in the sea breeze. Guests also have access to excellent shared facilities, including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (April to September) and a heated indoor pool for cooler days. The island, Île d’Oléron, unfolds with wide beaches, pine forests, scenic cycling routes, oyster villages, and charming harbours. The open sleeping loft is accessible via stairs from the living room / bedroom. The accommodations are located at different distances from the water, and some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
