A 3-hectare, natural property awaits you, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, a swimming pool (11 m x 4.5 m, depth 1 m to 2 m), and a pétanque court. The living/dining area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, satellite TV (German channels), stereo system, Wi-Fi, and DVD player. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leading from the living room leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room. There is a separate toilet. A small, steep staircase leads from the living room to a third bedroom with two single beds and a sink (please note the low ceiling!). A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.
