Beautifully renovated cottage, located a few minutes' walk from the charming town of Salviac, in the Bouriane region, between the Dordogne and Lot rivers. The property is located on a cul-de-sac and is particularly beautiful in terms of its wide views and atmosphere. The house has a very spacious garden with a wide view over the fields. It is very comfortable and pleasantly furnished and has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a decent bathroom, a living/dining room and 2 bedrooms. The house is French, clean and tidy. The gîte, located in the heart of the countryside in a quiet and uncrowded environment, is close to the swimming pool with a beach, sun loungers and parasols. Hiking trails, directly accessible from the property, allow you to rest and unwind in complete tranquillity. The French owner lives a little further away, giving you complete privacy, but is there if you need help or have any questions. Location and nearby towns: Close to tourist attractions such as Rocamadour (45 minutes away), Sarlat (30 minutes away), Cahors, Gouffre de Padirac, Grottes de Pech Merle, St-Cirq-Lapopie (the French's favourite village), the châteaux of the Dordogne and many leisure activities. There are many farmers' markets, including the interesting Cazals market on Sunday mornings.
