A countryside holiday home in Seillans is forest and beautiful nature. This place is perfect for families and nature lovers who are interested in staying at a solace, far from the clutter and noise. There are 4 bedrooms to host 8 people, the windowless basement offers 2 extra sleeping places for children in summer (it can get cold in winter). You have enormous amenities like a private pool, garden, boules court, etc to select from. The village Seillans is 2 km away from where you can get local and regional amenities, this will be a great start to your excursion. If you are in some mood of relaxing and de-stressing then the Théoule sea is 45 km away. The home offers all comfort and is beautifully decorated. You say any basic amenity, and this home has it all- take a chill pill in the garden or terrace. Enjoy a barbecue meal with your pals. Here, cars can be easily parked. You can also set in the lounge area or play a game of billiards or boules. Nice Airport is 66 km away.

Tips from owner:
Calm & private - but only 5 mins drive or 20/25 mins walk to lovely village of Seillans with 3 good restaurants - our favourite Chez Hugo (really talented chef with regularly changing menu based on local produce) , Les Deux Rocs (beautiful outside dining around a fountain under the plaintain trees and La Gloire de mon Pere (run by Eric who is simply wonderful - and this restaurant was a favorite with the children when they were younger..very friendly)
Lac St Cassien is 20 mins drive away for windsurfing, kayaking, pédalo, paddle-boarding - worth booking in height of summer to secure sun beds.
Market in Fayence on Tues, Thurs & Sat - produce plus local artisans - 10 mins drive. Fayence also has some great restaurants - Farigoulette and Auberge Fleuri are our favourites (dont be put off by gaudy signs at Auberge Fleuri, the seafood/fruits de mere are top class and a really good wine list too)

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
