Nestling on the banks of the Étang Neuf, Anne-Claire has created a unique place where nature and creativity meet. Welcome to her Maison d'Art et de Nature, an inspiring place designed to recharge your batteries in the wild heart of Brittany.

These 3 independent, semi-detached houses, lovingly prepared by an artist as generous as she is passionate, invite you to take a break from time. Everything here reflects Anne-Claire's attachment to nature and her desire to make your stay memorable.

Located in the commune of Saint-Connan, these gîtes are 20 km south of Guingamp, with all amenities, 17 km west of Quintin, a charming little town full of character, and 40 km from the beaches.
Grocery shop 4 km away and small, well-stocked town 10 km away: Bourbriac.

The Gîte "Au Paradis des Grèbes":
On the ground floor you will find :
