This holiday home is located on the first floor of a detached house with its own entrance and part of a garden in a quiet residential area of Paramé. In only 5 minutes on foot you can reach the centre of the small town, where you can do your daily shopping. The town of Saint-Malo is known for its famous walled city, its ramparts built into the sea, its beautiful sandy beaches, its chic boutiques and typical bars, its crêperies and gourmet restaurants. Activities: The nearby region offers many attractive destinations, such as the seaside resort of Dinard, the oyster port of Cancale or the Pointe du Grouin with its impressive viewpoints. We also recommend a day trip to the British islands of Jersey and Guernsey. There are several daily crossings from Saint Malo. It also takes less than an hour by car to reach the famous Mont St. Michel, which will certainly be a must on your holiday programme.
