Just a short walk (1.5 km), Rosais Beach and Briantais Park offer an exceptional natural setting with views of Dinard. Ideally located, the house also provides easy access to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey via ferries from the port of Saint-Malo.

Nearby are some of the most attractive destinations in northern Brittany, including the oyster port of Cancale and the world famous Mont Saint-Michel. But Saint-Malo itself has so much to offer that you will never be bored, even in the low season: the Saint Servan district with the Solidor tower, the fortress built into the sea around Intra Muros, no less than 10 different beautiful sandy beaches and, close to the holiday home, a very interesting aquarium.
