Granite House in Brittany with Sea Views
House:
The sea as far as the eye can see! The imposing granite stone house is located on a large natural plot with a shared parking space for another small unit, which is also used as a holiday home. There is a 1,400 square meter private garden area at your disposal. The stones of the traditional building come from two former mansions. The huge open fireplace in the living room and the classic wooden beam ceilings underline the rustic, almost castle-like character of the house. Enjoy the quiet location and the unobstructed, fantastic sea view right down to the sandy beach, which is only 800m away, at breakfast in the morning with baguettes, croissants and crêpes. A bedroom upstairs. has its own charming staircase that can be accessed from the outside, but is also accessible from the inside. Depending on the position of the sun, you can relax on the terrace in front of or behind the house. The artichoke metropolis of St. Pol de Léon is certainly one of the most attractive and picturesque towns in Brittany, with its majestic cathedral and the historic circular chapel, from whose tower (accessible via 162 steps) you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the entire region. There is a lively market on Tuesdays in St Pol de Léon and on Wednesdays in Roscoff. From the port and health resort of Roscoff, boat trips to the offshore island of Batz are offered. On the island you can visit, among other things, a beautiful palm garden. In August, Roscoff hosts the traditional Onion Festival.
