General:
Die Wohnung war generell in Ordnung. Sehr praktische Lage und von außen auch ruhig. Allerdings befindet sich im Kinderzimmer eine Verbindungstür zur Nachbarwohnung. Prinzipiell praktisch wenn man beide Häuser mit mehren Leuten mieten will. Die Tür ist allerdings nicht isoliert. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir Nachbarn, welche abends sehr lange sehr laut zusammen "feierten" (und die Wohnung vermutlich auch mit mehr Personen belegten als offiziell zulässig), so dass unsere Kinder auch um 11 abends nur schwer einschlafen konnten. Wir haben uns dann nach 4 Tagen bei den Nachbarn beschwert und diese waren danach ruhiger. Dies könnte man aber auch vermeiden wenn die Tür vernünftig isoliert wäre. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf der ile de Ré und wir würden die Wohnung prinzipiell auch weiterempfehlen.

We are a family with two young children and enjoyed very much out 2 weeks stay in this house; it corresponds perfectly to the description, is well equipped, and was extremely clean when we arrived. The garden is much bigger than on the photos, and since it is closed it safe for both children and car or bicycles. The environment is quiet, the house is close to the beach, and the next shops are 5 min by car. The contact person on the spot was very helpful and professional.

De woning is uitermate geschikt om bijvoorbeeld met twee families het gehele pand te huren(dus FCM.06A en FCM.06B) en samen de vakantie door te brengen.
