It is ideally positioned for discovery, located just 7 km from the town center and sandy beaches, and only 3 km from the Port-Bourgenay golf course. The split-level interior is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to six guests. The ground floor features a welcoming living area equipped with a double sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find two separate bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds—along with a full bathroom. The home includes a functional kitchen with ceramic hobs and a dishwasher, as well as a private terrace with garden furniture for enjoying the quiet surroundings. Guests enjoy access to a variety of shared amenities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool available from mid-May to mid-September. For relaxation, the property features a whirlpool, sauna, and hammam, while active travelers can take advantage of the tennis court, multisports ground, and ping-pong tables. With a television included and a parking space provided for each unit, this residence serves as a relaxing base for exploring the diverse landscapes and heritage of the region. Note for Guests: The hot tub can be booked for an extra charge of EURO10 per session or EURO45 for a package of 5 sessions. The same pricing applies to the sauna and steam room.
