Stay in this modern semi-detached holiday home on a spacious plot in a tranquil location. This holiday home has an enclosed, secluded garden, and a cosy terrace where you can relax and indulge in your favourite cup of coffee or drinks. This home is indeed a heaven for a get-together with family or friends. The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished, so you'll immediately feel at home. Just 3 minutes away is the kilometer-long sandy beach, which invites you to relax, swim, and take a stroll. After an eventful day of sightseeing or a long hike along the famous GR34, beautiful barbecue evenings are on the agenda. The small town of Telgruc-sur-Mer is located at the beginning of the Crozon Peninsula, on the Bay of Douarnenez. Its 1.3 km long, wide sandy beach is especially popular with families. There is parking and a small beach bar for snacks. At the end of the beach is a sailing school with a wide range of activities, including activities for small children. A visit to the former sardine port of Douarnenez, with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants, is highly recommended. On the way there, be sure to stop by the medieval village of Locronan, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France and has been the setting for numerous films. The house is spread over two floors, on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen offering you an opportunity to prepare delicious meals. In the living/dining room, you can cosy-up enjoying your favourite shows (No Dutch and German channels available). You will also find a neat and tidy bathroom. The first-floor features comfortable bedroom for a peaceful sleep.
