The accommodation comfortably sleeps 15 people on three levels: there are four large bedrooms with double beds (160 x 190 cm) and a cot; a children's room with a bed (140 x 190 cm) and two single beds (100 x 190 cm); a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second single bed (100 x 180 cm), an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a dressing room, a relaxation area, and a fitness area (treadmill, exercise bike). A second large bathroom with a shower, sink, and storage space is also available. There are three separate toilets. All bedrooms and bathrooms have ample storage/dressing rooms. A large cloakroom is available for storing your ski clothing and coats. A fully equipped kitchen with a pantry is ideal for preparing family meals. The large living area is very comfortable and features a dining area as well as a lounge area with three sofas and a hanging fireplace for enjoying winter evenings by the fire. A TV and stereo system are provided. Outside the house, you have access to a garage with a ski storage room and a ping-pong table. You can enjoy a large, wooded garden and a spacious wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasols, and a dining area with an outdoor grill. Private parking is available for at least five cars. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The concierge service in Aix-les-Bains will contact you before your arrival. I will be there to welcome you and take inventory at check-in.
