The quieter side of the Côte d’Azur usually appears once the beach crowds disappear for the evening, and this villa between Antibes and Cannes captures that atmosphere perfectly. Designed for up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, the house feels made for long Riviera lunches, afternoons beside the pool, and evenings where dinner slowly stretches into the night with the terrace doors still open. Most days here naturally revolve around outdoor living. Mornings begin slowly with coffee outside before the heat settles across the coast, while afternoons tend to move between nearby beaches, shaded terrace corners, and the swimming pool. Inside, the villa stays cool and comfortable with air-conditioned bedrooms, open living areas, modern bathrooms, and a sauna that feels especially welcome after a full day exploring the coastline. Golfe-Juan beach is located around 4 km away and tends to feel calmer than some of the busier Riviera beaches further east. Antibes Old Town can be reached within roughly 15 minutes and is best explored early in the evening once the cafés begin filling up around the harbour. The Picasso Museum overlooks the sea from the old town walls, while Marché Provençal remains one of the best places nearby to pick up olives, cheese, and fresh fruit for lunch back at the villa. Cannes sits approximately 20 minutes away for marina walks along La Croisette and late-night waterfront restaurants. Please note: a EURO650 cleaning fee is payable in cash upon arrival.
