Just outside Valréas village, in the middle of the Rhone Valley and surrounded by vast vineyards, lies this Villa , a beautiful Maison de Maître. The house in Art Deco style from the twenties offers a gite where you can enjoy some rest. In this part of the Provence the sun shines an amazing 300 days a year and the large garden with pool offers various possibilities for spending all day outside. If you feel like getting active after a day of lazing out in the sun, you can throw a ball on the boules track at the side of the Villa. The region is perfect for walks and bike rides. You have several mountain bikes at your disposal that can be used for wonderful cycling trips, for instance, across the Mont Ventoux. There is a nine hole golf course nearby for golf lovers. Valréas lies 50 km to the northeast of Avignon. Nyons (12 km), Vaison la Romaine, Avignon and Orange are well worth a visit. The sun, the lavender fields and vineyards, the delicious Provençal food and the atmospheric markets in the surrounding villages are the ingredients of a fantastic holiday.
