Charming farmhouse with authentic character, ideally located in the village of Varengeville-sur-Mer, on the way to the sea (500 meters) and the village center (800 meters). The house sits amidst a large, fenced garden with plants and trees that will delight connoisseurs and undoubtedly appeal to children, who can play to their heart's content. The farmhouse's flair, with its half-timbered construction, exposed beams, tiles, different levels, and enfilade, makes it a charming and, above all, sociable place. The living room is cozy with a very large sofa, but above all, with a large fireplace that provides pleasant warmth and relaxation with family or friends. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with a large family table. Large windows offer a view of the garden, and if you're lucky, you might spot a deer or a squirrel darting by. Following the dining room is the practical kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking. The windows overlooking the garden offer a beautiful view. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm), and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (180 cm). Covered parking for two cars is available under the barn. The house faces east and west and enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
