The holiday villa has a surface area of about 100m2 and sits on a spacious plot of 700 - 1000m2. From the lovely entrance you reach the charming living room with a beautiful view of the garden. In the spacious living/dining room there is a comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV (including NL/BE/FR/EN channels) and WiFi. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. In the pantry there is a washing machine and dryer. The two bedrooms each have 2 comfortable box-spring beds that are made when you arrive. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms (1 with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet and/or 1 with shower, washbasin and possibly a toilet). In addition, there is also a separate 2nd or 3rd toilet. A large sliding door or terrace doors provide access to an exquisite and spacious terrace with comfortable garden chairs. The large private garden is a fantastic play area for children.
