Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einer zentralen Lage des Seebades Ückeritz. Den Strand erreichen Sie in ca.10 Gehminuten und zum Achterwasser und Hafen sind es nur 5 Minuten. Der Bahnhof der Usedomer Bäderbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker etc.) befinden sich in der Nähe. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Ihre Fahrräder ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Ebenso ein PKW-Stellplatz pro Ferienwohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der oberen Etage. Durch die Treppe erreichen Sie die 30 qm große Ferienwohnung.
Vom Wohnzimmer welches mit einer Couchlandschaft, Radio und Fernseher ausgestattet ist gelangen sie durch 2 offene Rundbogen zum einen in das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank und zum Kochbereich der mit einen 2 Platten Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet ist. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit WC. Handtücher sind nicht im Preis enthalten.
