The villa's upper floor features the Seestern apartment for up to 4 people, with a fireplace (75 m²) plus a wraparound roof terrace (90 m²). If needed and available, a wellness area with a second bathroom and a sofa bed can be added for EURO25 per day, bringing the total living space to 105 m². With up to 105 m² of living space, you'll find everything you could wish for on vacation, including a fireplace, sauna (open from September 30th to March 31st), a magnificent roof terrace, and guided fishing trips for zander and pike on the Bodden lagoon and the Baltic Sea (for an additional fee). A large living/dining room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a home entertainment system provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Located near the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, and Göhren, directly on the water in Streu on the island of Rügen. Two parking spaces are available at the house.
