Historic guest barn

House:
The guest barn was lovingly renovated and converted into a residential building in 2015. However, the windows are single-glazed and there are only small electric heaters. A classic "summer house," still easily heated in spring and autumn. All areas are open-plan. There are no separate bedrooms, only open sleeping areas. The living/dining area includes a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a two-burner cooktop. You are renting the entire property. However, there is also another converted barn on the property for holiday guests, as well as the old farmhouse, which we live in as a family with our four children (ages 2-11).
