Ruhige, idyllische Lage mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf Cochem und die Mosellandschaft, aber trotzdem stadtnah und optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im nahe gelegenen Wald. Freizeitraum mit Tischkicker, Billard und Tischtennis sowie eine Sauna.
Einige Wohnungen haben einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Die meisten Wohnungen sind nur über Treppen erreichbar.
