House:
Spacious Living in Sage Green Welcome to the Nordlicht Apartment. The interior, in soft sage green, reflects the colors of the salt marshes and creates an instant sense of relaxation. Living & Enjoying The spacious, open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light and open directly onto the north-facing terrace with views of the dike. The high-quality kitchenette is seamlessly integrated into the room and equipped with brand-name appliances (including an air fryer, fully automatic coffee machine, and dishwasher). Sleeping, Working & Wellness The separate bedroom is a true multi-talent: It not only offers tranquility in the comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), but also two exclusive extras. A private infrared sauna is located right in the room, ready to pamper you with deep-penetrating warmth after a long walk. A desk also allows for relaxed work in your home office. Additional sleeping space is provided by the high-quality sofa bed in the living area. ... Flutgold Dangast was built as a KfW 40 EE efficiency house and holds a sustainability certificate. Please note that the new building was only completed in December 2025 and the outdoor facilities will be landscaped shortly.
