Description
Our holiday flats are located in the centre of Frankenroda opposite the church. The apartment was completed in February 2010 (renovated in 2018) and offers space for max. 2 adults or 2 adults + 2-3 children in the spacious living and dining room with fireplace (approx. 24 sqm) and the bedroom on 2 levels downstairs double bed upstairs 2 single beds in a sleeping bunk (height 135cm) Child-friendly stairs Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc Modern bathroom with shower The entire apartment is equipped with a ventilation system and underfloor heating
In the whole area there are several terraces, these are covered and there is also a barbecue area.
There is a sauna with a separate area, which you are welcome to use from January 2018 (for a fee).
The property of the holiday flat is separately accessible via the access corridor (there is also the car parking space)
