The front door and all interior doors have been replaced. The bathroom features light-colored tiles, a low-entry glass shower enclosure, a glass mirrored cabinet, and a towel warmer. A comfortable seating area (the leather sofa was replaced in December 2024) includes satellite TV, a radio, games, and books. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Ample glasses, dishes, and cutlery are provided. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). A balcony with a table, chairs, and a parasol. A storage room for bicycles and a parking space are available at the house.
