Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and TVs. The house is situated on a 2500 m² plot with adjacent meadows and direct access to the Örtze River. A spacious, illuminated shed is available for your bicycles. Various seating areas are available throughout the property. Our holiday home, Oertzespeicher, is located in the immediate vicinity. Each holiday home has its own private access road, parking space, and a secluded section of the property, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation.
