“De Beers Huus” is a modern half-timbered holiday home, newly built in 2020, offering high-quality, family-friendly facilities. It is located in Cuxhaven-Holte Spangen, a peaceful equestrian village surrounded by heathland, forests and hiking trails. The house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests over two floors and is ideal for couples, families or friends. A small pet under 10 kg is welcome for an additional fee. Electricity, water and heating are included. A EURO150 security deposit is payable in advance and refunded after departure. Bed and bathroom linen and bathrobes are available for an extra charge. The local tourist tax is payable before arrival. The non-smoking holiday home offers 80 m² of living space on a 400 m² plot. The ground floor features a spacious living/dining room, free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, DVD and stereo system, plus a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A guest WC, wardrobe, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. A travel cot and high chair are available for children. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have balcony access. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is located opposite the bedrooms. The entire house has underfloor heating. Enjoy views of the horses grazing from the balcony, with stables and paddocks directly behind the house. The fenced garden features outdoor furniture, a beach chair and plenty of space to relax and play. Parking is available directly in front of the house, with an additional space nearby. A special highlight is the EV charging station, with sockets for electric cars and e-bikes. From May to September, guests also have access to a private beach chair at the seaside.
