Die im Jahre 2013 neu erbaute und ausgestattete Komfortwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Wohnhauses, ca. 1 km vom Ostseestrand entfernt. Sie verfügt über einen Wohnraum (Polstersitzecke, Kaminofen, TV, Radio, Blue Ray-Player) mit offener Küche (Essplatz, E-Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, div. Küchenkleingeräte), zwei Schlafräume (1 x. Doppelbett, 1 x zwei Einzelbetten), ein Bad mit DU, WC und Sauna zur kostenlosen Nutzung, ein Gäste-WC, Fußbodenheizung sowie einen möblierten Balkon. Weiterhin stehen zwei Parkplätze, Grill, Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und W-LAN zur Verfügung.  Im Gesamtpreis sind Endreinigung, Wasserverbrach und Bettwäsche enthalten. Handtücher sind bitte selbst mitzubringen. Vor Ort zu zahlen: Energie nach Verbrauch, Kurtaxe.

Karlshagen ist ein Ostseebad im Nordteil der Insel Usedom. Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Marina mit Schifffahrtmöglichkeiten sowie Radwanderwege befinden sich im Ort. Reiterhof, Tennis und Bowlingbahn ca. 2,5 km. Der Ort verfügt über einen schönen Sandstrand.
