Zwei gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen in einem Haus. Nichtraucherwohnungen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Ruhige Wohnlage in Stadtnähe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hallenbad zu Fuß erreichbar, Wald-, Rad- und Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch Dollard- und Fehnroute sowie Paddel & Pedal vor Ort. Zum Entspannen Terrassenbenutzung mit Grill. Die Wohnungen haben jeweils zwei Schlafräume, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Waschmaschine inklusive.
Ein kleines Haustier kann nur in der Erdgeschosswohnung Jümme mitgebracht werden.
In der Oberwohnung nur ein  Kind bis 3 Jahre möglich, ein Babybett ist vorhanden.
Beide Ferienwohnungen können auch für einen längeren Zeitraum für einen individuellen Preis gebucht werden.

Eine saubere, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche. Der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Kinder sind willkommen und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.
